Birds Nest 53 m²

Birds Nest

4 people · 53 m² · Historic sandstone house · Stepped gable

Birds Nest is situated in a historic red sandstone house that stands out even from a distance thanks to its stepped gables and a bay window tower. The façade extends over several storeys. Its gable edges rise in steps, and a balcony juts out from the wall. Tall trees surround the building and provide a striking contrast to the warm red hue of the stone, particularly against a blue sky. The accommodation offers space for up to four guests across 53 m². It combines a cosy living space with the atmosphere of a house whose architecture is reminiscent of buildings from centuries past. The name fits the picture: a nest amongst the treetops, gables and bay windows.

Maidens Nest 12 m²

Maidens Nest

2 people · 12 m² · Garden with gazebo · View of the old town

Maidens Nest is a small, 12 m² accommodation for two guests in a sandstone house in Baden-Baden. The inscription ‘AD 1900’, accompanied by a monogram, is carved into the reddish gable; trees grow all around it, and a rock face rises behind it. The accommodation comprises one bedroom and one bathroom. In the garden, set against a sandstone wall, stands a metal pavilion with a red roof and a golden sphere; beneath it are two white folding chairs amongst potted plants. The view stretches over the rooftops of the old town, with the collegiate church and the green dome of the Friedrichsbad, all the way to the wooded hills on the edge of the Black Forest. The thermal baths, the Kurhaus and Lichtentaler Allee are all in the same town.
